Brain marketplace rules
If you publish brains to the public marketplace, you additionally agree that your brains:
- Do not attempt to jailbreak, bypass, or weaken safety guardrails of any underlying LLM provider.
- Do not exfiltrate system prompts, hidden instructions, or confidential information from other brains or from Brainboot itself.
- Do not mislead users about what the brain does or who created it.
- Do not contain prompt injection payloads designed to hijack other users' conversations.
- Respect the names, trademarks, and likenesses of real people and organizations.
We review public brains before listing, and we may remove any brain from the marketplace at any time for any reason. See the Moderation Policy for the full review and appeal process.
Platform integrity
Don't do things that threaten the stability or integrity of the Service, including:
- Denial of service attacks, distributed denial of service, or flooding the API with malformed requests.
- Creating multiple free accounts to bypass usage quotas.
- Sharing API keys, session tokens, or login credentials across users or organizations.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of Brainboot itself.
- Probing for vulnerabilities in Brainboot infrastructure. Responsible disclosure is welcomed at security@brainboot.ai.
Reporting a violation
If you see content on Brainboot that violates this policy, report it with the Report button on the brain or conversation page, or email trust@brainboot.ai. We review reports within 72 hours.
Enforcement
Violations may result in: content removal, brain delisting, account suspension, account termination, loss of refund eligibility, and in severe cases, reports to law enforcement. We make enforcement decisions at our discretion based on the severity and pattern of the violation.
This Acceptable Use Policy is a starting point. Your industry or deployment may require additional restrictions. Consult qualified legal counsel for production compliance.
