The third-party services Brainboot uses to operate the platform.
Last updated: 2026-04-10
A subprocessor is a third-party service that processes data on behalf of Brainboot to help us deliver the Service. When you use Brainboot, data may be transmitted to these services strictly for the purpose of operating the platform. Each subprocessor is bound by data protection agreements that restrict their use of your data.
The list below reflects all subprocessors currently used by Brainboot. We update this page whenever the list changes. Enterprise customers on the Team plan can subscribe to email notifications for changes.

When you run a brain, your prompt and conversation context are transmitted to the LLM provider whose model the brain uses. We route most traffic through Vercel AI Gateway, which applies a "disallow prompt training" signal to supported providers to instruct them not to retain or train on your data.
Not every provider honors every signal equally. If you have strict data residency or retention requirements, review each provider's privacy policy linked above before enabling the corresponding model, and consider enterprise arrangements with specific zero-retention guarantees.
We publish updates to this list before adding a new subprocessor that handles customer data. Enterprise customers receive at least 14 days' advance notice by email. If you object to a proposed change, contact us at privacy@brainboot.ai to discuss alternatives.
